  <p>Information: Lucy Hayden Lathey, 83 of Evans, died Sunday, August 2, 1987 at her residence following an extended illness.  She was born in Rockcastle, a daughter of the late Henry C. and Ida Woodyard Thornton.  She was a member of the Long Hollow Baptist Church.  She is survived by her husband, Oris R. Lathey; two sons, Oris D. Lathey of Point Pleasant and Wendell Eugene Rowley of Dunbar; one daughter, Genevieve Carney of Evans; one sister, Ida Bryon Bradley of Ripley; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  Services will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans with the Rev. Dallas Buck and the Rev. Melvin Conley officiating.  Burial will be in the Foster Chapel Cemetery.</p>
