  <p>Information: KENNA - Bobby L. Lanham, 57, of Kenna, Jackson County, died Aug. 30, 1998, at home after an apparent heart attack.  He was a disabled construction worker, a member of Operating Engineers Union, Charleston, a former softball coach for Halstead Cycle Shop, and a lifelong resident of Jackson County.  Surviving:  wife, Judy C. Lanham; son, Bobby L. Lanham, Jr. of Kenna; daughters, Rebecca L. ""Becky"" Sheets of Kenna;  sister, Carolyn G. Swisher of Scott Depot; brothers, Okey E. Lanham of Evans, Chester S. Lanham of Given, Randel Lanham of Kenna; three grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with the Rev. Arnold Sheets officiating.  Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
