Information: Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. today for Ronald Harold Lane, 25, of Five Acres, Moundsville, formerly of Parkersburg who was killed early Monday morning on Route 2, north of Sistersville when his car collided with a tractor and trailer according to police reports.  The deceased was the grandson of Mrs. Fanny Murray of Sandyville.  The victim was alone at the time of the accident and was reported killed instantly.  The Rev. Bill Angel will officiate at the service and burial will follow in Independence Cemetery at Sandyville.  Born in Charleston, he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Lane of Washington, Pa., formerly of Parkersburg.  A 1960 graduate of Parkersburg High School, he had attended West Virginia University for two years where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity.  He was an employee of the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company at New Martinsville and was assistant scout master in Moundsville for Boy Scout Troop No. 85.  Survivors include his parents; one brother, Donald Keith Lane, a student at West Liberty State College; one sister, Debra Jean Lane at home; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Murray and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Flossie Lane of Charleston.
