  <p>Information: Earl Lane, 82, of Parkersburg, WV, died at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital in Parkersburg, WV. Born in Jackson County, he was a son of the late Warren and Lavina Pratt Lane. Survivors include his wife, Alcinda Finch Robinson Lane; two daughters, Berneise Lochner of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Ethel Matheny of Williamstown, WV; four step-daughters, Edith Feick of Parkersburg, WV, Janet Johnson of Vienna, WV, Gladys Byers of Ravenswood, WV, and Audra Robinson of Cincinnati, OH; two half-brothers, Dale Armstrong of Silverton, WV, and Ronald Armstrong; one half-sister, Ethel Clem of Ravenswood, WV, two grandchildren and one step-grandson. He retired from the B&O Railroad as an engineer after 49 years service, was a member of B&O Veterans, and attended North Parkersburg Baptist Church. Funeral Services were held at Vaughn Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV, Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  </p>
