  <p>Information:      Ralph Neil Landis, 88, of Ripley passed away at his home on August 17, 2016 following a long illness.  He was born June 8, 1928 at Kentuck, a son of the late Ola and Lessie Walker Landis.  Neil worked as a heavy equipment sales representative for West Virginia Tractor and Caterpillar and Wright-Thomas Equipment and later worked for the US Mail as a substitute mail carrier.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Emogene Skeen Landis, grandparents Ralph Bailey Walker and Medora Mae Johnson Walker, Jane Gandee and Jesse Landis; brothers, Kemp and Richard ""Bo"" Landis: brothers and sisters-in-law, Neal, Franklin and Allen Skeen and Evelene Parsons.  He is survived by a daughter, Sheila Cestaric; grandsons, Rocky Cestaric and Dr. Brandon (Monica) Cestaric; great-grandcildren, Troy, Hunter, Easton, Beckett, Mallory and Hudson and great-greatgranddaughter, Josie; his companion, Joyce White; sisters, Wanda Phalen and Wilda Scarbrough; Sissters and brothers-in-law, Monnie Landis, Eurada Landis, Juanita Parsons Skeen,  Dale Scarbrough and Veldra Parsons.  Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, August 20, at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family by visiting www.waybrightfuneralhome.com.   </p>
