  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Emogene V. Skeens Landis, 73, of Ripley, died May 11, 2000, in Cedar Ridge Nursing Home, Sissonville, after a long illness.  She was a retired office manager for Associated Radiologists and a member of Goshen Baptist Church.  She was a graduate of Ripley High School and had attended Morris Harvey College.  Surviving:  husband, Ralph Neil Landis; daughter, Shelia Chaffins of Ripley; brothers, Allen Skeens of Kentuck; grandsons, Rocky and Brandon Cestaric, both of Ripley; one great-granddaughter.  Service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
