  <p>Information: GIVEN-Guy Burton Landfried, 79, of Given, died May 3, 1993 at home after a short illness.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late George and Anna Parsons Landfried.  He was a World War II veteran and a retired construction worker for Brown and Floyd Construction, Charleston.  He was a World War II veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Sada Koontz Landfried; daughters, Jo Ann Raines and Mary Sue Casto, both of Ripley; son, Guy E. of Given; sister, Tessie Knotts of Ripley; three grandsons, Nolan Raines, Andrew Raines and Tommy Casto.  Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Chester Bird and John Gunther officiating.  Burial will be in Grasslick Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
