  <p>Information: BRIEF ILLNESS PROVES FATAL - William Lambert, 81 year old Grant district farmer, died at his home near Sherman on Thursday after a brief illness.  He was born in Jackson county, Dec. 26, 1874, a son of the late John and Harriett Rawson Lambert and was a member of the Willowdale Baptist church.  Survivors include one son, William Asa Lambert, Charleston; five daughters, Mrs. Ora Boso, Parkersburg, Mrs. Nellie Reed, Mrs. Dora Slaven and Mrs. Hazel Slaven, all of Sherman, and Miss Bessie Lambert, at home; 15 grandchildren; one brother, F. C. Lambert, Sherman; one sister, Mrs. Mary McBride, Williamson, Mich.  His wife, Mrs. Alice Lambert preceded him in death.  The funeral service was conducted Saturday afternoon at the Willowdale Baptist Church with the Rev. R. W. Battin and Rev. Charles A. Kyer officiating and the burial was in the church cemetery.</p>
