  <p>Information: Opal C. Lambert, 84, of 49th Street, Vienna, formerly of Denver, Colo., died Feb. 23, 1997 at The Arbors of Marietta.  She was born in Liverpool, Jackson County, a daughter of the late William H. and Tennie Davis Chancey.  She was a private secretary in Columbus and was associated with the motel business and apartment management in Denver.  She was active in social services and political groups and was a member of Vienna Baptist Church.  Surviving are three sisters, Sibyl M. Rowan of Vienna, Garnett M. Thomas of Parkersburg and Doris C. Ingle of Hamilton, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Lambert; and one sister, Velma P. Taylor.  Memorial services at the family&#39;s convenience.  Burial Fairmount Cemetery, Denver.  Arrangements by Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna.  Memorials preferred to Wood County Hospice or Washington County Hospice.</p>
