  <p>Information: Nettie Rachael Ballard Kuhn, 96 of Ripley died Monday, May 15, 1989 at Camden-Clark Hospital.  Mrs. Kuhn was born August 30, 1892 in Boone County, a daughter of the late Burwell and Victoria Miller Ballard.  She was a charter member of the Ripley Tabernacle.  Surviving:  sons, Carl of Ripley, Junior of Hurricane, Burl of Canton, Ohio; daughters, Sybil Sharp and Imogene Skidmore both of Ripley; sisters, Effie Crites of Charleston and Ruth Hager of Madison; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew and a son, Cecil.  Services will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Ripley Tabernacle with Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
