  <p>Information: Leo Fern Kroeger, 83, Ripley, died Saturday at his residence after an extended illness.  He was a homesteader in Pine Bluff, Colorado.  He was born in Adair, Idaho, son of the late William and Amanda Prohask Kroeger.  He was a retired pipefitter and a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II.  He was a member of Local 625, Charleston.  He is survived by his wife, Marie Kroeger; two sons, Harry Lupardus and William Kroeger, both of Parkersburg; three daughters, Conjetta Cobb of South Charleston, Anna Reed of South Charleston and Mildred McKee of Ripley; 12 grandchildren.  Service was Monday at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Herman Robinson officiating.  Burial was in Jackson Memorial Gardens.</p>
