  <p>Information: ELIZABETH - Warren Webster Koontz, 78, of Elizabeth, Wirt County, died Monday in Camden-Clark Hospital, Parkersburg, after a short illness.  He was a member of Gates Ridge United Methodist Church and was a retired carpenter.  Surviving:  wife, Blanche; sons, Robert, at home, Okey and Richard, both of Sandyville, Ted of Columbus, Ohio, Frederick of Parkersburg; daughters, Mrs. Rosalie Kerwood of Cottageville, Mrs. Eloise Sayre of St. Albans, Mrs. Loretta Hagle of Lanark Village, Fla., Mrs. Janet Burton of Elizabeth, Mrs. Betty Anderson of Harrisville; brother, Denny of Kenna; sisters, Mrs. Christina Miller of Miles Fork, Mrs. Garnet Parsons of Dunbar, Mrs. Sadie Landfried of Kenna; 22 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Casey Steinspring officiating.  Burial will be in Koontz Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
