Information: John Wesley Koontz, 49 of Columbus, Ohio died Monday in Camden-Clark Hospital, Parkersburg.  He was a Korean War veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Eva Koontz; sons, Jimmy and John of Columbus, daughters, Mrs. Linda Burge and Mrs. Marjorie Barrett of Brilliant, Ohio, Mrs. Donna Parenick of Westerville, Ohio, Mrs Carolyn Stanley of Steubenville, Ohio, brothers, Robert of Elizabeth, Okey and Richard of Sandyville, Teddy of Columbus, Ohio, Fredrick of Parkersburg; sisters, Mrs. Rosalie Kerwood of Cottageville, Mrs. Elsie Sayre of St. Albans, Mrs. Betty Anderson of Harrisville, Mrs. Janet Burton of Elizabeth, Mrs. Loretta Hagle of Utica, Mich.  Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, the Rev. Gene Eaton officiating.  Burial will be in Koontz Cemetery.
