Information: Word has been received here of the death of Mamie (Polsley) Bee of Akron, Ohio, who died March 7 at Barberton Citizen's Hospital after a long illness. She was born near Kenna, W. Va., Sept. 29, 1899. Her parents were Walter W. Polsley and Donie (Skeen) Polsley, who preceded her in death. She was married to Earl Bee in 1921 and lived most of her life in Akron. He preceded her in death in January 1976. They were the parents of three daughters who survive. They are Mrs. Wilfred (June) Newman, Doylestown, O., Mrs. Kenneth (Jeanette) Weyrick, Uniontown, O. and Mrs. Jay (Ruth) Wilson, York, Pa. Eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive along with four brothers and four sisters. They are: brothers, Wirt Polsley of Akron, O., Harry and Fred of Ewington, O., Warren of Logan, O.; sisters, Mrs. Sherman (Myrtle) Cummings, Tallmadge, O., Mrs. Ronald (Mae) Bobo of Vinton, O., Mrs. Alda (Edna) Rollins of Letart, W. Va. and Mrs. Leland (Belle) Terry of Ewington, O. One brother, Weston Polsley, of Vinton, O. and two sisters, Mrs. Virdie (Alice) Fisher of Grasslick, W. Va and Mrs. Cleo (Verna) Casto of Kenna, W. Va., preceded her in death. Funeral services were held by Rev. Jack Haggerty at the Hopkins Uniontown Funeral Home on March 10. Burial was in East Liberty, O. cemetery.
