  <p>Information:      KENNA - Helen Justine Skeen Koontz, 68, of Kenna, Jackson County, died Monday, December 1, 2003 at Patton Place, Winfield, Putnam County.  She was born July 27, 1935, a daughter of the late Otho and Malissa Godbey Skeen.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Goodwill Community Church.  She is survived by sons; Jim Rhodes of Penscola, FL., Earl Castle of Kenna, WV, Keith Castle of Ravenswood, WV, daughters; Diane Brown and husband Miles of Red House, WV, Sharon Webb and husband Bill of Liberty, WV, Becky Reynolds and husband Jeff of Charleston, WV; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grand-children.         Funeral service will be Friday, December 5, 2003 at 11:00 a.m., at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, WV, with the Rev. Billy Casto, officiating, with burial in Goshen Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday, December 4, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.</p>
