  <p>Information:      Ezra Oshel ""OJ"" Koontz, Jr., 64, of Ripley died April 27, 1998, at the home of his son, Gregory Allen Koontz of Kenna.  He was a son of the late Ezra Oshel, Sr. and Freda Mae Dorsey Koontz.  He was a retired truck driver and a Christian.  He sang with various gospel groups over the years.  Also surviving: son, Travis Jon Koontz of Ripley; sisters, Edith Crank of Cross Lanes, Frances Harrison of North Carolina, Lillian Fisher of Liberty; brother, John Thomas ""JT"" Koontz of Kenna; three grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Goldtown Community Church with the Rev. Aaron Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Carney-Lewis Cemetery, Goldtown. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the church.  Elk Funeral Home, Charleston, is in charge of arrangements.   </p>
