  <p>Information: Dorothy Neoma Haynes Koontz, 62, of Charleston, died Oct. 12, 1993, in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a long illness.  She was treasurer and a member of Goldtown Community Church.  She was employed by Strategic Ventures Inc., Charleston, and former owner of Joy Reality of Charleston.  Surviving: son, Georffrey Wayne of Charleston; daughters, Cheryl Ann Koontz and Melissa Rae Koontz-Goff, both of Charleston; sister, Delores Huston of Dunbar; brother, C. H. ""Jim"" Haynes of Scott Depot; four grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Al Mendez and the Rev. Aaron Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Legacy Memorial Gardens, Cross Lanes.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.  Donations of sympathy may be made to Goldtown Commuinty Church, Kenna.</p>
