Information: DENZIL KOONTZ, OF KENNA, KILLED MONDAY AFTERNOON WHILE WORKING AT MONTCOAL - Denzil Koontz, of Kenna, was killed at Montcoal on Monday afternoon when a heavy tractor which he was operating overturned and crushed him. It was two hours later before fellow workers were able to release him and he died while he was being taken to a hospital.  He had started on the job Monday morning, which was the grading of a road to a coal mine.  His brother-in-law, Guy Landfried, of Keena, said that the tractor hit a soft spot of earth and overturned so quickly that Koontz had no chance of jumping to safety.  The body was brought to the home of his sister, Mrs. Guy Landfried, at Kenna yesterday afternoon and the funeral services will be held at the Fisher Memorial church on Dudeon today (Wednesday) and burial will be in the Koontz cemetery.  Surviving are the father, John Koontz, of Kenna; five sisters, Mrs. Shirley Harrison, of Charleston, Mrs. Bryan Parsons, of Fairplain, Mrs. Tenie Miller, of Big Chimney, Mrs. Lessie Boggess, of Given and Mrs. Landfried; and three brothers, Dennie and Holland Koontz of Kenna and Warren Koontz of Cottageville.
