  <p>Information: Blanche C. Koontz, 88 of Elizabeth, died June 12 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Cain and Ida Garrett Kounts.  She was a homemaker and a member of Gates Ridge Methodist Church, Rockport.  Surviving:  four sons, Richard Koontz and Okey Koontz, both of Sandyville, Fred Koontz of Parkersburg and Ted Koontz of Columbus; five daughters, Rosalie Kerwood of Cottageville, Eloise Sayre of St. Albans, Loretta Full of Newark, Janet Burton of Elizabeth, and Betty Anderson of Harrisville; one brother, Thomas Kounts of Ripley; one sister, Bernice Roberts of Aiken, SC., 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Koontz; three sons, Floyd Koontz, Robert Koontz and John Koontz and one daughter, Luann Koontz.  Service was 2 p.m. Tuesday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Bill Anderson officiating.  Burial was in Koontz Cemetery, Risher Ridge.</p>
