Information: ANGELA SUE KOONTZ IS ACCIDENT VICTIM - A little twenty-two months old girl drowned in about six inches of water in a stone jar at the home of her grandparents near Kenna on Sunday afternoon.  Angela Sue Koontz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oshel Koontz of Kenna, was found dead in the jar where she had been playing at the home of her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Carney, also of Kenna.  Relatives said that she had been out of sight less than ten minutes when she was found face down in the six inches of water in the jar whith a little cup still clutched in her hand.  She had apparently been playing there when she fell into the vessel.  Artificial respiration was used in an attempt to revive her but it proved unsuccessful.  Other survivors include a brother, Gregory, at home, and the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Freda Koontz of Charleston.  The funeral service was held at the Watts Chapel church on Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Charles Scragg officiating.  The burial was in the Carney family cemetery.
