  <p>Information: Windol Lee Koon, 60, of 186 Goshen Rd., Kentuck, died Nov. 8, 1994, after an extended illness. He was born in 1934, a son of the late Glenn and Chloe Siders Koon of Kentuck.  He was disabled and attended Goshen Church.  Surviving:  son, Ricky Lee Koon of Kentuck; brothers, Roland of Charleston, Robert of Parma, OH, Clarence of Cleveland OH, Ronald of Kentuck; sisters, Wanda Engle of Leroy, Masel Counts of Kentuck, Sibyle Casto of North Homestead OH.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.  Friends and family may call today (Wednesday) at Parsons from 6 -9 p.m.  Services will be Thursday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Billy Casto officiating.  Burial will be in Koon&#39;s Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
