  <p>Information: Funeral services were conducted Monday at the South Ruffner Presbyterian Church, Charleston for Mrs. Rosie Belle Hart Knowles, 84, who died Thursday night at her home after a lengthy illness.  She was a former resident of Parkersburg.  Mrs. Knowles was born in Gay, Jackson County, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Hart and was a member of the Methodist Church.  She was the widow of the Rev. James S. Knowles.  Two brothers, Burt and Maron Hart are deceased.  Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Mary Rhodes, Parkersburg; and two brothers, Charles Hart, Parkersburg and Arley Hart of Ripley.  Also surviving are four sons, Charles, Arley, James and William Knowles all of Charleston and five daughters, Mrs. Ruby Armstrong and Mrs. Jesephine O&#39;Deal both of California and Mrs. Elma Withrow, Mrs. Marjorie Burfard and Mrs. George McDaniels all of Charleston and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Burial was in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Charleston under direction of the Wilson Funeral Home.</p>
