  <p>Information: Icy Hinzman Knopp, 99 of Liverpool, died Sunday at Jackson General Hospital after an extended illness.  She was born near Gay, a daughter of the late Jacob and Millicent Whited Hinzman.  She had attended the United Methodist Church.  She is survived by two sons, Waitman B. Knopp of Spencer, Olen B. Knopp of Evans; three daughters, Hettie O. Knopp of Gay, Evelyn Rhodes of Ripley, Eulalah Weadock of Liverpool; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elmer E. Knopp in 1970.  Services will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Sinnett Funeral Home Chapel, Spencer with the Rev. Orland Reynolds officiating.  Burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery near Gay.</p>
