  <p>Information: KNAPP SERVICE AT SANDYVILLE - Funeral services were held Sunday at the Sandyville United Methodist Church for McKendre Forrest Knapp, 89, of Sandyville, who died Thursday at the Villars Nursing Home in Elizabeth.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.  Mr. Knapp was born Feb. 20, 1880 in Roane county, the son of the late Thomas F. and Matilda Hickman Knapp.  He was a member of the Sandyville United Methodist Church.  Surviving him are three daughters, Mrs. Bruce Sheppard of Liverpool, Mrs. Paul E. Fisher of Sandyville and Mrs. K. D. Finch of Elizabeth, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.</p>
