  <p>Information: Richard Burton Kiser, age 32, of Chilicothe, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County died Thursday in a Chilicothe hospital following a short illness.  He was born at Kentuck, the son of Mabel Flower Kiser of Ripley and the late Hoyt Kiser.  He was a glass worker and a graduate of Ripley High School and served with the military police for the U.S. Army in Vietnam.  Additional survivors include:  two sons, Mark Richard and Eddie Dewayne Kiser of Eglon; three brothers, Roy of Charleston, Charles of Palmer, Ohio and James of Kentuck; five sisters, Genevieve Randolph, Glasgow, Betty Cummings, Maxine Chapman and Mary Turnage, Belgrove.  Funeral services in Parsons Funeral Home Chapel will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday with the Rev. Herman Gandee officiating.  Burial will be in the Goshen Cemetery at Kentuck.</p>
