Information: from the Scottsdale Arizona Daily Progress, 24 Nov. 1980 -   Reuben Perry Kiser, 72, an educator who worked in the Scottsdale School District for 21 years, died Saturday at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital.  A native of Jackson county, W. Va., Mr. Kiser, of 7429 E. Palm Lane, came to the state in 1950.  After receiving a master's degree in Tucson, he came to Scottsdale as principal of the Winfield Scott School.  He also served as principal of Kachina and Supai schools, retiring with 21 years in the district.  In West Virginia he was county school superintendent and and a high school teacher for 19 years.  Mr. Kiser was a charter member of the Los Arcos Methodist Church, vice president of the Scottsdale Chapter of Retired Teachers, charter member of the Scottsdale Republican Forum, a member of the Scottsdale Elks and the Scottscale Gem and Mineral Society, and a Mason in West Virginia.  Survivors include one step-daughter, Louise Vogel of Scottsdale; one step-son, Victor Vogel of Glendale; and four grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road.  Services will be at 9:30 am Tuesday at Green Acres. Interment will be in Green Acres Memorial Gardens.    (Betty Kessel McIntyre)
