  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Ray O. Kiser, 68, of Ripley, died Nov. 23, 1993, at St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, after a long illness.  He was a member of Moose Lodge 1444 and retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways.  Surviving:  daughter, Sherry Hicks of San Antonio, Texas; mother, Mable Kiser of Ripley; brothers, Charles of Cleveland, Ohio, James of Kentuck; sisters, Genevieve Randolph of Ripley, Betty Cummings of Kentuck, Maxine Chapman and Mary Turniage, both of Akron, Ohio, Nellie Parsons of Gay; two grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Robert Hodges officiating.  Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.</p>
