  <p>Information: Mrs. Mernie E. Duke Kiser, 75 of Pinewood Drive, Sissonville died Thursday, March 12, 1987 in Memorial Division, CAMC after a long illness.  She attended Victory Primitive Advent Church, Sissonville and had lived most of her life in Kanawha County.  Surviving:  husband, Z. Carson Kiser; son, Ervin E. Duke of Harrisville, R.I.; daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Duke More of Indianapolis; step-daughters, Mrs. Ruby Hackney of Teays Valley, Mrs. Mildred Smith of Melbourne, Fla.; brother, William D. Moss of Charleston; sisters, Mrs. Zelma Wines of Sissonville, Mrs. Earie Griffith of Cross Lanes, Mrs. Windola Kalinoski of Pocatalico, Mrs. Clalla Pauley Jackson of Charleston; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.  Service was Sunday in Victory Primitive Advent Church with the Rev. Roger Hammons officiating.  Burial was in John Beane Cemetery, Sissonville.</p>
