  <p>Information: Mrs. Lydia Kiser, 77, of 1035 1/2 Central Avenue, Charleston, died on Sunday in St. Francis Hospital.  Surviving:  daughters, Mrs. William (Ola) Kessel of Kentuck, Mrs. Paul (Tressie) Shafer of Vicars, Mrs. Gatha Dodson of South Charleston, Mrs. Verdene Meredith of Charleston; sons, William Othel Kiser and Warren Kenton Kiser of Charleston, Arnold Lawson Kiser of Chesapeake; brother, George Siders of Buffalo; 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  The body is at Long and Fisher Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted today (Wednesday) at 11 am by the Rev. Guy Smith.  Burial will be in Kiser Cemetery at Kentuck.  Mrs. Kiser formerly lived in the Kentuck-Fletcher section of the county, but had been in Charleston for several years.     (Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
