  <p>Information: Funeral services were held on Friday for Joseph Floyd Kiser, 76, with the Rev. Guy Smith officiating and the burial was in Kiser family cemetery at Fletcher.  Mr. Kiser, a retired merchant and farmer of Fletcher, died on Wednesday after a long illness.  Surviving are his wife, Lydia; four daughters, Mrs. William (Ola) Kessel and Mrs. Paul (Tressie) Shafer of Kentuck, Mrs. Gatha Jones of Baltimore, Maryland and Mrs. William A. (Verdene) Meredith of Charleston; three sons, William Othel Kiser and Warren Kenton Kiser of Charleston and Arnold Lawson of Chesapeake; two sisters, Mrs. Dillie Presley of Vicars and Mrs. Berthal Walker of Indianapolis; two brothers, Lloyd Burton Kiser of Kentuck and Rev. A. Corbin Kiser of New Mexico; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.    (Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
