  <p>Information: Hobart James Kiser, 76, of 809 Hillsdale Dr., died Sunday in Kanawha Valley Hospital after a short illness.  He was a retired employee of FMC in South Charleston, a member of the VFW and a World War I veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Ruby Withrow Kiser; sons, Albert Dale and Eugene Kiser, at home; daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Givens of South Charleston, Mrs. Delores Martin of Nitro, Mrs. Norma Arrington of Charleston, Mrs. Jewell Calderone of Romulus, Michigan, Mrs. Alice Leftwich of Lincoln Park, Mich.; sister, Mrs. Susie Short of Camden-on-Gauley; 20 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Service will be at 1 pm Wednesday at Tyler Heights Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. O. R. Gunnoe officiating.  Bartlett-Burdette Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.    (Betty Kessel McIntyre)</p>
