  <p>Information: Herbert Guy Kiser, 59, of Pocatalico, formerly of Amandaville, died March 5, 1988, in St. Francis Hospital after a long illness.  He was retired from Anchor Motor Freight Co.  Surviving:  sons, Carlos J. of Dunbar, Herbert G., Jr., Michael D. and Johnny F., all of Sissonville; daughters, Delores I. Baldwin and Belinda L. Buzzard of Sissonville, Deborah A. Elswick of Campbells Creek; mother, Hazel M. Kiser, Elyria, Ohio; brothers, Joseph C. of Elyria, Andrew N. of Sissonville, James P.of Florida; sisters, Lillian M. Comer of St. Albans, Bonnie Fisher of Elyria and Phyllis Shugg of Denver; 12 grandchildren.  Service was Tuesday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Jordan officiating.  Burial was in the Kiser Cemetery, Kentuck.</p>
