Information: Services were held at 11 am Tuesday at the Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, W. Va. for Claude Douglas Kiser, 63, of Monroe Falls, Ohio, who died Saturday in Cleveland Veterans Administration Hospital.  The Rev. Orville Walker officiated and burial was in the Garrett Cemetery, Kentuck, W. Va.   (Betty Kessel McIntyre)
