  <p>Information: Phillip Kinzel, 91, of Mt. Alto, died Monday in a Point Pleasant hospital after a long illness.  He was born on Baden Ridge, Mason county, a son of the late Gustava and Emma Baier Kinzel.  He was a retired railroad construction worker.  He was a 50-year member of the Cottageville AF & AM Lodge No. 54, and a member of the Letart Guiding Star Advent Christian Church.  Surviving:  wife, Tillie of Mt. Alto; two sons, Roe of Mt. Alto and Kenneth of Coraopolis, Pa.; one daughter, Mrs. Edith Allison of Nitro; two sisters, Lena and Catherine Kinzel, both of Charleston; eight grandchildren; ninteeen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at the Guiding Star Advent Christian Church, Letart, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Letart.  Friends may call after 3 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.  The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.</p>
