  <p>Information: Melvin T. Kinzel, 40, of Dover, Ohio, formerly of Cottageville, died Friday in the Union Hospital, Dover, Ohio, of an apparent heart attack.  Kinzel was born at Cottageville, a son of the late Smith and Myrtle Mae Gerlach Kinzel.  He was a member of the United Mine Workers.  Surviving are five sisters, Edith Kinzel of Columbus, Ohio, Twila Hunt of Cottageville, Marie Hatcher of Ripley, Ruby Burnett of Barberton, Ohio, and Lucy Shinn of Nitro; four brothers, Chester Kinzel of Letart, Levi Kinzel of Columbus, Ohio, Paul Kinzel of Barberton, Ohio, and Clark Kinzel of Cottageville.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Bernice Shinn and Vivian Stephens; one brother, Ralph.  Services were conducted Monday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Herman Jordan officiating.  Burial was in the Jackson Chapel Cemetery at Mount Alto.</p>
