  <p>Information: Matilda Mae ""Tillie"" Kinzel, of Mount Alto, Jackson County, died Oct. 27, 1991, in Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston, of a long illness.  She was a member of Guiding Star Christian Advent Church, Letart.  Surviving:  sons, Roe of Mount Alto, Kenneth of Frankford; daughter, Edythe Allison of Nitro; sister, Maggie Winebrenner of Syracuse, Ohio; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Guiding Star Christian Advent Church, Letart, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Letart.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
