  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Lena Kinzel, 97, of Ripley WV, departed this life January 9, 1999, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following an extended illness.  She was born September 17, 1901 at Millwood WV, a daughter of the late Gustave and Emma (Baier) Kinzel.  She was a retired supervisor in the bond division for the U. S. Government at the Federal Building in Charleston and was a member of the Baptist Temple in Charleston.  Surviving are several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by brothers, Mont, Casper, Gus, Jake and Phillip Kinzel; sister, Katherine Kinzel.  Service was held Tuesday, January 12, 1999 at the Fairview Cemetery, Cottageville, WV with the Rev. Melvin Grimes officiating.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
