  <p>Information: Eula Myrtle Kinzel,  56, of Mt. Alto, was dead on arrival, Sunday morning at Jackson General Hospital of an apparent heart attack.  She was the daughter of the late Ola Jackson Bush and Georgeanna Donohew Bush.  Surviving:  husband, Roe A. Kinzel; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Mae Flesher of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Mabel Flesher of Millwood, Mrs. Roberta Patrick of Malta, Ill.; one brother, Ralph Bush of Mt. Alto; two sisters, Mrs. Millie Farra of Sandyville and Mrs. Carmella Lovejoy of Nitro; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service will be held 1 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans with Rev. Clarence Morton officiating.  Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Mt. Alto.</p>
