Information: Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham Kinzel, 77, Ravenswood, was dead on arrival Friday at the Jackson General Hospital, Ripley from an apparent heart attack.   She was born in Evans, a daughter of the late Hottie O. and Lillie Miller Oldham.  She was a Protestant and past president of the VFW Auxiliary.  She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Burge of Marietta and Mrs. Barbara Nicholas of Williamstown; a son, Robert D. of Louisville, Ky.; two sisters, Mrs. Faye Ankrum of Evans and Mrs. Viola King of Vienna; five brothers, Roy and George, both of Monaca, Pa., Edwin of Texas, Ottis of Aliquippa, Pa., and John of Arizona; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Kinzel in 1978, an infant son, Jackob Jr., a grandson and a brother.  Services were held Monday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald C. Vogel and the Rev. George C. Weirick officiating.  Burial was in the Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.
