  <p>Information: Sylvester Kinser, 74, of Beloit, Ohio, RFD 1, died at the home of his son, Rex Kinser, of Beloit, Saturday.  Mr. Kinser had been ill of a heart condition simce 1933 and was last employed at the Gem Clay Forming Company where he worked for 15 years.  Born in Ripley WV on August 22, 1874, he was the son of the late William and Jane Kinser and was a member of the Rockcastle UB Church.  He is survived by three sons, Rex Kinser of Beloit, Ohio, Clyde Kinser of Westville, Ohio and Russell Kinser of Sebring, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Ecie Casto of Beloit and Mrs. Martha Hoskinson of Sebring; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Kline of East Liverpool, Ohio and a brother, Major Kinser of Ripley; and 24 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Matilda, 13 years ago.  A son, Guy Kinser and a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Staats. also preceded him in death.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday and burial will be made in Grandview Cemetery.  (originally from a Sebring newspaper dated 5 April 1948)</p>
