  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE - Lewis Blaine King, 65, of Cottageville, WV, departed this life June 23, 2001, at his home following a brief illness.  He was born April 18, 1936, a son of the late Samuel Given and Arkie (Flowers) King.  He was owner and operator of King Builders, Evans, WV.  He was a farmer, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and attended the Evans Church of God.  Survivors include his wife, Jean (Harlow) King; daughters, Vickie (Kemp) McLaughlin of Charleston, Rachel (Frank) Roberts of Canaan Valley, WV and Lisa Price of Ripley; stepson, Jim LeFay of Evans; brothers, Samuel King of Evans, Wayne King of Cleveland, TN; sisters, Mabel Bush of Mount Alto, Grace Ball of New Haven, and Mona Stone of Ravenswood; grandchildren, Elizabeth McLaughlin, Blaine McLaughlin, Lars Smith, Meghan Smith, Rebecca Roberts, Emily Roberts and Frank Roberts; mother-in-law, Lucy Harlow of Ripley.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth (Sayre) King; brother, James King.  Services were held Monday, June 25, 2001, at 11 a.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV, with the Rev. Lawrence Conger, Jr. officiating.  Entombment followed in Elk Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum.  In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Kanawha Hospice, 1143 Dunbar Avenue, Dunbar, WV 25064.</p>
