Information: THIS OBITUARY IS FROM A NEWSPAPER CLIPPING WITHOUT ANY DATE.  WE CANNOT ADD AN OBIT TO THIS SITE WITHOUT A DATE, THEREFORE, WE MADE UP A DATE OF DEATH.  BELIEVE IT TO BE IN 1916.  ANYONE KNOWING THE ACTUAL DATE OF DEATH, LET US KNOW.   Mrs. Julia King, widow of the late George W. King, died at the Roane county hospital at 4:30 o'clock Tuesday of a complication of diseases following several months illness, age 73 years.  She was a daughter of the late Levi Douglass and was a highly respected lady.  On February 3rd 1875, she was united in marriage to G. W. King.  To this union were born six children, five of whom preceded her to the grave.  One son, B. F. King of Grantsville survives.  Funeral srevices were held from the Marvin Chapel church at 10 o'clock a.m. Thursday, Rev. H. T. Watts, assisted by Rev. T. J. Hopson officiating.  The remains were interred in the Douglass family cemetery.
