Information: Cecil C. King, 85, of Cottageville, died Saturday in Jackson General Hospital following a short illness.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Charles Taylor King and Amanda Zirkle King. He was a member of the Cottageville United Methodist Church.  Survivors include his wife, Eunice Mahan King; three sons, Carroll and Edwin, both of Los Angeles, Calif., Wayman, Falling Waters; two daughters, Miss Clara Virginia King, and Mrs. Louise Murray, both of Cottageville; two sisters, Mrs. Willard McCarty and Mrs. Flora Long, both of Florida; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Holley O'Brien officiating.  Burial was in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.
