  <p>Information: Denver Ernest Kidder, 87, Ravenswood, passed away on March 26, 2012.  He was born October 31, 1924 in Murraysville to Fred Earl Kidder and Ora Elsa Skaggs Kidder.  He served in the U. S. Army during World War II in the Infantry 36-Div-Cok-141.  He worked as a barber and a beautician as the owner and operator of Dick&#39;s Barber Shop in Ravenswood for over 50 years. He was a member of the Ravenswood VFW Post 6669, a life member of the DAV.  Survivors:  his wife, Lorna Kidder, Ravenswood WV; children, Lavonne E. Stone and husband Marty, Columbus OH, Gregory A. Kidder and wife Patty, Morgantown WV, Denver D. Kidder and wife Fonda, Ravenswood WV, Denise K. Cambarare and husband Vince, Ravenswood WV, Donnella A. Ward and husband, Rick Manns, of Harbor NC, Sheldon M. Kidder and wife Yvonne, Clarksville TN, and Deanna N. Thompson and husband Jon, Ravenswood WV, Michael P. Santee and wife Tiffini, Tracy L. Lent, and Sarah D. Santee, all of Ravenswood.  He had 28 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; his brother, Alva A. Kidder, Ravenswood WV.  In addition to his parents, her was preceded in death by sister, Ramona I. Gross, aunt, Georgia Maple Hall, and first wife, Anna Kidder Swift, brothers, Duane F. Kidder and Erroll E. Kidder, and granddaughter, Brianna Santee.  Services Friday, March 30, 2012, at 2 pm at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood WV.  Rev. Steve Raines will officiate.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery, Ravenswood WV, with full graveside military rites provided by Ravenswood VFW Post 6669.  Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Thursday, March 29, 2012, from 6 to 9 pm.  Condolences may be expressed to the family by email at roush94@yahoo.com.</p>
