Information: Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday for Roy Edwin Kessell at Casto Funeral Home in Evans with the Rev. John Cumberledge officiating.  Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Parchment Valley.  Kessel, 51, of Parkersburg, died Saturday in the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Chillicothe, Ohio, after a long illness.  He was a veteran of World War II and a Methodist.  Surviving:  sisters, Mrs. Cornelia Smith of Mt. Alto, Mrs. Ruth Baker of Parkersburg, Mrs. Elsie Kay of Vienna and Mrs. Joan Warrender of Marcellus, N. Y.; brothers, Carroll of Huntington, Albert of Phoenix, Ariz., and Robert of Newark, Ohio.
