Information: Icie Kessell, 77, of Charleston, died Saturday in a Spencer hospital after a long illness.  Surviving:  husband, Herbert; grandson, Harold Parsons of Charleston; several nieces and nephews.  Graveside service was held Tuesday in Rock Spring Cemetery, Kenna, with the Rev. Warren Anderson officiating.  Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Charleston, was in charge of arrangements.
