  <p>Information: MRS. KESSELL, 77, GALLIPOLIS, DIES  - Mrs. Effie Blanch Kessell, 77, of Jackson Pike, Gallipolis, died at her home June 21 at 6. p.m.  She was born in Putnam, W. Va. on February 24, 1888, to the late Sherman and Ida Bibbee Casto.  Mrs. Kessell was married to L. H. Kessell on July 3, 1918 at Given.  For the past nine years, Mrs. Kessel and her husband have operated a Fruit and Food Market on Jackson Pike in Gallipolis.  The deceased was a member of the First Church of God of Point Pleasant and also the Women&#39;s Missionary Society.  Survivors in addition to her husband, include seven sons and two daughters.  They are Mrs. Lourine Hudson of Letart, and Mrs. Maxine Wells of Wilkesville, W. Va., Travis Kessel of Nitro, W. Va., Harold Kessell of Dunbar ..................</p>
