  <p>Information: Mrs. Bernice Kessell, 82, of 805 38th St., Vienna, died yesterday in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital following a brief illness.  She was born Feb. 13, 1889 in Jackson county, daughter of the late John W. and Catherine King, and in 1906 was married to Austin Addison Kessell, who preceded her in death.  She was a member of the Foster Chapel Methodist Church.  Survivors include four sons, Carroll K. Kessell, Huntington, Albert Kessell, Phoeniz, Ariz., Robert L. Kessell, Newark, O., and Ray E. Kessell, Parkersburg; four daughters, Mrs. Cornelia Smith, Mount Alto, Mrs. Ruth Baker, Parkersburg, Mrs. Elsie Kay, Vienna, and Mrs. Joan Warrender, Marcellus, N.Y.; 22 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.  Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans, Jackson county, where services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. The Rev. Basil Hensley will officiate.  Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, near Given.</p>
