  <p>Information: GIVEN - William Dale Kessel, 22, of Given, was dead on arrival at the Jackson General Hospital in Ripley following an automobile accident on West Virginia 34 near Liberty, Sunday evening.  He was born Aug. 2, 1948, son of William Dallas and Euneva Miller Kessel. He was employed at the Kanawha Glass Co.  He was a graduate of Ripley High School and a member of the Liberty Community Church.  He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having spent 13 months there.  Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Leonard S. of Nitro, and Charles W. of Given; one sister, Miss Angela Renree Kessel of Given; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Miller of Liberty. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Emma Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Frank Blake and the Rev. William Parkins officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call at the Parsons Funeral Home in Ripley.</p>
