  <p>Information: Roy Edwin Kessel, 51, of Parkersburg, formerly of Jackson County, died Saturday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Chillicothe, Ohio.  Born 31 Dec 1921, he was the son of Austin and Bernice King Kessel.  He was a veteran of World War II, serving in both the Pacific and European theatres, and was a member of the United Methodist Church.  Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Cornelia Smith of Mt. Alto, Mrs. Ruth Baker of Parkersburg, Mrs. Elsie Kay of Vienna, and Mrs. Joan Warrender of Marcellis, New York; three brothers, Carroll Kessel of Huntington, Albert Kessel of Phoenix, Arizona, and a twin brother, Robert Kessel of Newark, Ohio.  Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Casto Funeral Home with the Rev. John Cumberledge officiating.  Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.</p>
